Democratic candidate for congress, Evelyn Farkas, shared a post celebrating Kosova’s independence. In the post Dr. Farkas shared two photos of her while working in Kosova for the United States government.
“Happy Independence Day to #Kosovo!
I began my career as a human rights officer in the Balkans, and had opportunities throughout to work with the amazing people leading this new democracy to a brighter future.
Your work reminds us that freedom is seldom free.“
